Shipping policy
1. Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended in individual cases.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed transparently before completing the order.
Free Shipping from kr. 2.240*
Orders with a value of kr. 2.240 or more qualify for free shipping.
*Excluded are oversized items or products with a shipping weight exceeding 32 kg (including packaging). For B-stock items, deviations are possible. The shipping weight stored in the system is decisive.

Items exceeding 32 kg (including packaging) are shipped via freight forwarding.
Awnings are subject to a flat shipping fee of kr. 379.
4. Returns
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Details are governed by the withdrawal policy. Return shipping costs within the withdrawal period are borne by the buyer.
To register a return or claim, the designated form must be used.

6. Shipping Partners & Tracking
Shipping is carried out with established logistics partners such as DHL, GLS and Noerpel. Once the order leaves the warehouse, a shipping confirmation including tracking information is automatically sent by email.
For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact the recipient in advance by phone (provided a phone number was supplied with the order).
